Lori Kelly

Lori leads our Client Services team in shepherding orders from entry through fulfillment. Always in active listening mode, she works cross-functionally with our production and sales teams to problem solve and deliver exceptional service to clients of The BoxMaker.

Before joining The BoxMaker, Lori was a Technical Help Desk Manager. She learned to develop teams and individuals to their full potential in this role, maximizing efficiencies and supporting clients at the highest level possible.

What Lori loves most about packaging is the excitement and passion that comes from learning about a new industry. Lori says, “Now when I’m shopping, I see things through a new lens. Not only do I look at the item, but I pay close attention to how it is packaged.”

After extreme winters in Eastern Washington, the milder climate in Kent is a change Lori welcomes. She also loves the diversity of the Pacific Northwest; there’s so much to do. What she values most in life is faith, family, and doing her best to live by the golden rule each day. Lori enjoys gardening, reading, walking, cooking, and entertaining friends and family at home in her free time.
